Research Brief

Abyaz Abid is currently working as a Graduate Research Assistant in Vertical Lift Research Center (VLRC) at Aerospace Engineering School of Georgia Tech. He is also contributing as a Graduate Researcher in one of the research projects of Mechanical Engineering School of Georgia Tech. To the latest, he is at his latest attachment of a Mechanical Engineering Mentee at Boeing before taking credited courses as Visiting Graduate Student in Stanford University for Summer 2025. Earlier he served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant during his final year at IUT in 2023. Abyaz's position as Mechanical Engineering Intern at Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) during Junior year signifies his professional experience so far. His research experience and interests showcase his accomplishments and curiosity at the intersection of major sub-disciplines of Mechanical Engineering.
